We get it, online shopping is a whole different game to the old school in-store days. That’s exactly why we’re happy to offer returns within a 14-day window, with just a few small (but important) conditions:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We only accept returns for brand spankin’ new products. That means unused, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original pristine packaging. As these are feeding products, this is a health and safety requirement.
If we receive an item and deem it to have been opened or used, the return will be considered unacceptable. In this case, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Please make sure to include your order number clearly with your return, so we know who it belongs to and can process it without delays.
Changed your mind after the 2-week window? Unfortunately, refunds aren’t available beyond this period.
Postage costs are not refundable, including on orders that originally qualified for free shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend using Registered or Express Post. Any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods in transit sits with the sender, as Little Stackers PTY LTD can’t take responsibility for parcels on their way back to us.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
RECEIVED SOMETHING THAT’S NOT QUITE RIGHT?
If you believe your item is faulty, not as described, or not doing what it should, please email us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Include your name, product name, invoice number, a quick description of the issue, and any photos or videos if possible (these really help us troubleshoot quickly).
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the returned product. Banks can sometimes take a little longer to process funds, so any delays there are out of our hands.
