We review new stockist applications within 2 to 3 business days. Once you're approved you'll get your wholesale price list and your account login so you can order whenever suits.

Yes. Your opening order is $300, and reorders are $200 after that. There's no minimum per style, so you can mix and match across the range to see what your customers respond to. All wholesale prices are ex-GST.

Either works, and you'll get the same products either way. Ordering direct gets you our best pricing, because there's no marketplace commission in the middle.

Faire is worth a look if you'd rather have their 60-day payment terms or the free returns they offer on opening orders. If you do go that way, please use the Faire link on this page, arriving from our own site means we aren't charged commission on your order, which is what lets us keep our pricing where it is.

Wholesale orders leave our Preston warehouse within 2 to 3 business days and you'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way. Freight is charged at cost on top of your order. If you need something for a specific date, like a store opening or a market, tell us and we'll do our best to work around it.

Payment is due in full before we dispatch, by card or bank transfer. Once we've built up some trading history we're happy to talk about a Net 30 credit account. That involves a short credit application with trade references, so just ask and we'll send it through.

Through your own store and your own business website, plus any online marketplace we've agreed to in writing. What we don't allow is selling on third-party platforms like Amazon, eBay, Catch or Alibaba, or on-selling to other resellers, without our written consent first.

It isn't us being precious. Uncontrolled marketplace listings start price wars that erode the margin for every stockist, including you. If a marketplace is part of your business, talk to us about it in your application and we'll work it out.

We don't lock in formal exclusivity, but we are mindful about how many stockists we take on in one area. If you're worried about a shop around the corner, raise it with us in your application and we'll have a straight conversation about it.

Absolutely. Approved stockists get access to our image library, product descriptions and barcodes so you can list the range online without shooting it yourself.

Let us know within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo, and we'll replace it or credit your account. We're not going to make you jump through hoops over a cracked lid. We can't take stock back for change of mind or over-ordering, so if you're unsure about quantities just ask and we'll help you pitch the order.
